Formation documents, ownership, EIN, operating agreement or bylaws, licenses and identification as requested through a secure process.
Financial performance
Tax returns, year-to-date profit and loss, balance sheet, debt schedule, accounts receivable or payable information and bank statements.
Request and use of funds
A specific amount, documented purpose, timing, expected business result and source of repayment.
